Our Goals and Vision

Growing Through Mutually Beneficial Partnerships

Cadman’s primary commercial objective is to establish new strategic agreements and long-term partnerships with suppliers, exporters, manufacturers, and growers around the world. Through these partnerships, we aim to expand our product portfolio, strengthen our market presence, and reach a greater number of points of sale and new markets.

Our vision is built on a win-win approach. We believe that successful and sustainable partnerships must create genuine value for everyone involved. Our doors are therefore open to new partners seeking long-term commercial relationships based on trust, transparency, mutual benefit, and consistent year-on-year growth.

International Sourcing

Expanding our re-export activities into neighbouring markets, particularly Jordan and Egypt, is one of our key strategic objectives for the coming years. By combining our location near the Port of Haifa with our logistics capabilities, we aim to develop a regional distribution link connecting international producers and exporters with markets across the region.

In 2025, Cadman served as a commercial and logistics link in the re-export of approximately 1,500 metric tones of Brazilian sugar to Jordan. The shipment arrived through the Port of Haifa and was subsequently transported to Jordan through the Sheikh Hussein Bridge border crossing.

This operation represented an important practical step in developing our re-export capabilities. It demonstrated our ability to coordinate importation, cargo handling, and cross-border transportation, while creating a foundation for expanding this activity to additional products and regional markets in the future.

Our 2029–2030 Vision: The Smart Warehouse

A central part of our future vision is the development of an advanced smart warehouse during 2029–2030. The facility is planned to incorporate automated cranes, robotic handling equipment, and artificial intelligence systems for storage, order preparation, loading, and unloading.

This intelligent infrastructure is intended to increase operational efficiency, accelerate order fulfilment, reduce errors, and shorten the logistical and time-related gaps between manufacturers and growers worldwide and the end consumer.

The smart warehouse will be integrated with a unified digital ordering platform, allowing grocery stores, kiosks, retailers, and other points of sale to place orders directly through a computer, monitor their order status, and complete payment using modern and secure payment methods.

During the first phase of the project, we plan to cooperate with credit-card providers to issue 200 business purchasing cards to our long-standing customers. These cards will be accepted exclusively by Cadman, with each customer receiving an individually approved credit facility based on their commercial profile and purchasing activity.

Through this vision, Cadman aims to combine international sourcing, regional logistics, digital transformation, intelligent automation, and flexible commercial credit solutions. Our goal is to build a faster, more accurate, and more efficient supply chain that connects the original source with the point of sale and the end consumer.
